Answers to Frequently Asked Questions 

  1. If I order some products and pay for them, how can I be sure I will get what I’ve paid for?
    Hanipol F.H. has been an established distributor and retailer since 1990. Experience gained over the years allows to satisfy even the most demanding customers. If for some reason the product does not meet your expectations, you can always return it within 10 days from the purchase date. Reimbursement takes place at the buyer's expense.

  2. How long does the delivery take?
    Hanipol F.H. makes every effort to ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible. Preparing orders in stock takes up to a maximum of 3 working days (in practice however, it rarely takes over 1day). Further, when the courier taks over, the delivery speed depends solely on the shipping method you choose. The courier company receives orders from us every day at 14:00 so that if your order is placed and paid for in the morning, there's a good chance that the next day the shipment will be on the way to you.

  3. How much do I have to pay for delivery ?
    Delivery cost is set individually with the customer depending on the shipping method he/she prefers. Hanipol has signed contract with all the best logistics companies worldwide and guarantees competitive prices.
    An example:
    1 Carton up to 32kg shipped anywhere in Europe costs:
    UPS: from 15 eur to 30 eur
    1 Europallet up to 200 cm height : from 55 eur to 240 eur
    depending on weight and distance from A to B
    We are also able to deliver with our own transportation upon special request.

  4. I need a VAT invoice, is that possible?
    Hanipol is a registered VAT payer  (PL6440511067) and on request can issue a VAT invoice

  5. How to pay?
    Our purchasing portal allows payments using the following methods:

  6. How will my order be packed?
    Each consignment is packed with great precision in a cardboard box, bubble film & polystyrene chips, so that nothing is damaged during transportation.

  7. How can I report a damaged item?
    Our customers are obliged to check their wholesale orders within 3 days in terms of mechanical damage. Other damage types are subject to the normal mode for warranty. Retail customers are obliged to check the item upon reception, in the event of mechanical damage, please fill in a damage report and do not accept the shipment. Hanipol, will send a new product immediately, not waiting to receive the damaged copy first.

  8. Is it possible to pick up the order myself?
    Yes, it is possible to do a self-pick up. Please make an appointment by phone. You can pick your order up at either of the following two addresses every Saturday between 8:00 and 12:00.

  9. Is it possible to get a discount?
    Hanipol is flexible and will adapt its capabilities to meet customer needs. We constantly analyze your purchase history and will propose a favorable discount.

  10. Is the ordered product available immediately?
    Depending on the status granted to the customer, each product has a description of whether it’s available or not, or accurate inventory numbers at warehouses in Sosnowiec, Warsaw are given, also whether it is currently in the process of production.
